In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
Add water to make the egg dish.
Mix together the water, cornstech, honey, coconut oil and ginger powder.
Add the lemon juice and olive oil.
Heat the oil over a medium-low heat and stir the mixture.
Add your chopped onions and sauté them for 2 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of the coconut oil, stir well and cook for a few minutes.
Add another tablespoon of coconut and stir well.
Add half of the chicken and stir for another 2 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil to the remaining chicken and bring it to the boil.
Add more coconut oil if you want more sauce.
