We have to admit it: our football season hasn’t been perfect.

We’ve been forced to start with an injury to one of our most important players and, like everyone else in the country, we’re feeling the pain.

Our players are feeling it too, which is why we’re holding a news conference Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m.

As you can imagine, the situation is complex.

We have a few players on our roster who are on their way to the Pro Bowl this season, and they are a good bunch.

We also have a lot of young players who are playing with some growing pains.

But it’s a positive thing.

Our team is coming together.

We’re starting to build some chemistry with some of the older guys and the younger guys are starting to feel comfortable with each other and playing in their own way.

So it’s just a positive atmosphere.

We still have a long way to go, but I can tell you this: Our focus is going to be on our team and how we can get to the Super Bowl.

That’s what we’ve been focusing on and we’re going to work our way to that.

I’m proud of the way our players have responded.

We’ll see how they respond to the media.

But they’re excited about coming to work every day and playing for Coach (Mike) Shanahan and the team.

They’ve been very patient, but they’re going into training camp as the team to beat.

They’re going after the playoffs and the championship, which they’ve done very well.

We don’t need to worry about that right now.

I think they’re ready to go.

That said, we have to find our balance.

We know we’ve got to do a better job with our ball security, which will require us to get more aggressive on the run and to do some things that will help our quarterback (QB Kyle) Orton.

I can see that they’re working on it, too.

And as for our defense, we’ve always been good at making the right decisions.

We did that when we were up 30-3 late in the season.

But that’s the challenge now.

We need to make sure we’re ready for the challenge.

As for our offense, I know that’s a different conversation, but we’re all in the same boat right now, too, and I want to make the right decision.

The most important thing is we’re in this together, that we’re getting better and we’ll get better.

But as long as we’re together, I’m confident in what we’re doing, and that’s what will make us successful.

You’ve seen the progress that’s been made over the last two years.

How much longer can you continue to improve?

We’re very fortunate to have a great coach in (Kyle) Shanahan, a great offensive line and a great defense.

We all have to be together.

Thats the beauty of the NFL.

If you’re not together, you can’t win.

But if you’re together and doing well, you have to keep pushing forward.

There’s a lot more to this league, and we all know that.

So we’re very happy.

But I’m a little nervous about it right now because there’s so much uncertainty in this league.

There are a lot going on.

I have to tell you, I’ve had a lot, but this one has been the hardest.

We feel like we’re on the right track and I’m really proud of all of our guys.

The challenge is to keep working and keep working hard.

That will be our focus going into camp.

The other thing is, it’s really important that we get healthy again.

I know it’s tough to do it, but when you’re going through the grind of the season and you have that many players who have been through this, you just gotta do it.

I just hope that we can be a little more patient with them and we can find our way and stay in shape.

We want to play well for our fans and for our team, and hopefully we can do that.

We got some players who want to prove that they can do it and to me that’s very important.

It’ll be interesting to see where we are as the season progresses.
